We recognize that top talent comes from all over the world, however Engenious Design is unable to offer visa sponsorship opportunities at this time; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Engenious is also not set-up to support Curricular Practical Training (CPT) or Optional Practical Training (OPT) for F-1 students.
Engenious team members have 7 weeks of paid time off each year to use as they choose, plus paid jury duty, short-term leave, bereavement leave and parental leave. When we have time to rest and recharge, we all do better work.
