Ella Starr is an Associate R&D Engineer in the Engenious rotational R&D program. She holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University. Ella joined Engenious as an intern and kept coming back, which tells you something! Two summers of internships across project management and systems and test engineering gave her a working knowledge of the quality system and the full product development arc from design through test and manufacturing. In this full-time role she supports the development of medical devices and high-technology products across the R&D lifecycle.
